Who sees what in allmates.ai, and who to contact for security and privacy questions.
Who sees what
Members of one organization cannot see the data of another organization.
Inside your organization, roles and workspaces decide who sees what:
- A private workspace and its conversations are visible to the members of that workspace only.
- A private chat is visible to its owner only.
- Organization and workspace roles decide who manages Mates, tools, members and settings.
- Mate and tool authorizations decide who can use each Mate and each tool.
Your model choice decides who receives the messages
When a Mate answers, the messages it needs are sent to the provider of the AI model that the Mate uses. Each Mate's model is set in its Parameters tab. Choose the model with this in mind when a conversation holds sensitive data.
