Introduction

allmates.ai Analytics is a comprehensive dashboard that provides real-time insights into how your organization uses AI assistants (Mates). It tracks conversations, token consumption, tool usage, costs, errors, and user engagement across your entire organization.

Analytics helps you:

  • Monitor adoption — Track how many users are actively engaging with AI

  • Optimize costs — Understand token consumption and spending patterns

  • Improve performance — Identify errors and bottlenecks

  • Measure ROI — Quantify the value your organization gets from AI

Authentication Methods

🔐 You should use your allmates app credential to sign-in to app analytics

Who Can Access Analytics?

Access to the Analytics dashboard is restricted based on your role:

Role

Access Level

Organization Owner (role 7)

✅ Full access to their organization's analytics

Organization Admin (role 5+)

✅ Full access to their organization's analytics

Regular User / Viewer

❌ No access — will see "Unauthorized Access" screen

Organization Selector

If you belong to multiple organizations, you'll see an organization picker in the header after logging in.

How to use it:

  1. Click the organization dropdown in the top-right corner

  2. Select the organization you want to analyze

  3. The dashboard will reload with data for that organization

  4. You can switch organizations at any time
