Getting Started with allmates.ai

Welcome to allmates.ai! This guide will walk you through the process of creating your account and setting up your profile, so you can start collaborating with Mates and team members right away.

Account Creation Options

There are two simple ways to create your allmates.ai account:

Option 1: Sign Up with Email

1. Visit app.allmates.ai

2. Click on the "Sign up" button in the top right corner

3. Fill in the required fields:

   • First name

   • Last name

   • Professional email address

   • Password (choose a secure password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols)

4. Click "Create account"

5. Check your email inbox for a verification message

6. Click the verification link in the email to confirm your address

Tip: If you don't receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Option 2: Sign Up with Google

1. Visit app.allmates.ai

2. Click on the "Sign up" button

3. Select "Sign up with Google"

4. Choose your Google account or enter your Google credentials

5. Review and accept the permissions

Note: Microsoft account sign-up will be available soon.

Option 3: Join via Invitation

If an administrator has invited you to join their organization:

1. Check your email for an invitation from allmates.ai

2. Click the "Accept" button in the email

3. You'll be directed to the allmates.ai platform

4. If you already have an account:

   • Log in with your existing credentials

   • You'll automatically join the organization that invited you

5. If you don't have an account yet:

   • You'll be prompted to create one using either Option 1 or Option 2 above

   • After creating your account, you'll automatically join the organization

Managing Multiple Organization Invitations

If you've been invited to multiple organizations:

1. After logging in, you'll see an "Invitations" page

2. This page displays all pending invitations

3. Click on an organization card to accept that invitation

4. You can also create your own organization from this page

Logging In to Your Account

Once your account is created and verified:

1. Go to app.allmates.ai/auth/login

2. Enter your email and password, or click "Sign in with Google"

3. Click "Sign In"

Setting Up Your Profile

During your first login, you'll be prompted to set up your user profile. This information helps Mates understand your role and tailor their assistance to your needs.

1. Complete your profile information:

   • Title in the organization: Your job title or role (e.g., Marketing Director, Developer)

   • Profile description: A brief description of your responsibilities

   • Profile picture: Click on the default avatar to upload a profile picture (square format, less than 250 KB recommended)

2. Click "Save" to finalize your profile setup

Security Recommendations

To ensure the security of your allmates.ai account:

• Use your professional email address for account creation

• Create a strong, unique password

• Don't share your login credentials with others

• Log out when using shared computers
