Viewing your own activity

See your own messages, conversations, Mates, tokens and credits on the User Activity page.

Every member with the User role can see their own activity in Analytics: messages, conversations, Mates, tools, tokens and workspaces. This article explains how to open this view and what it shows. It is for Users who do not have full access to the organization dashboards.

Analytics is not included in every offer. If you do not find the Analytics link in your account menu, your organization does not have it, or your role does not give access (see "Good to know").

Open your activity

  1. In the allmates app, open your account menu (your avatar).
  2. Click Analytics. Analytics opens in a new browser tab.
  3. Sign in with the same account and the same sign-in method as in the allmates app.

Analytics opens on the User Activity page. It shows your own activity only. You cannot select another member, and the organization dashboards do not show in the sidebar.

Choose the period

Click the period selector at the top right. Pick a preset (Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, This quarter, This year), or pick two dates on the calendar and click Apply. The default period is Last 30 days.

Each card compares the period with the previous one. See "Getting Started with Analytics" for the comparison rules.

What the page shows

Your profile

Your name, your role, your username and your job title, with the date you joined the organization (Member since).

Key figures

  • Messages sent: the messages you sent during the period.
  • Conversations: the conversations you took part in.
  • Mates used: the number of different Mates you talked to.
  • Tokens generated: the tokens that your activity consumed.
  • Tool calls: the tool calls your messages triggered.
  • Active days: the days on which you sent at least one message.
  • Credits consumed: the credits that your activity used.
  • Errors: the messages linked to your requests that ended in an error.

The first four cards and each chart have an info icon that explains the figure.

Charts and lists

  • Daily activity: your messages and tokens per day.
  • Favorite Mates: the Mates you solicited the most, with the number of requests.
  • Top tools: the tools you triggered the most, with the number of calls.
  • Tokens by model: how your token use splits across models.
  • Workspaces: the number of messages you sent in each workspace.

Get full access

An Owner or an Admin of your organization can give you access to all the dashboards with the Analytics full access option. Ask them if you need to follow the activity of your team. The steps are in "Getting Started with Analytics".

Good to know

  • The data is refreshed every hour. A message sent a few minutes ago can be missing.
  • If you belong to several organizations, the header shows an organization picker. Your access depends on your role in each organization.
  • A Viewer has no access to Analytics.
  • If your role changes, your access in Analytics changes within a few minutes.
  • The credits shown are an indication for monitoring. Only Owners and Admins see the credit balance of the organization. See "Understanding credits".
